What we collect
When you sign up we keep your name, email, phone if you give one, and where you are. When you use the Studio we keep what you wrote and what the AI returned, so we can show it to you again and improve the service.
Consent
We do not email you unless you tick the email box. SMS and WhatsApp are a separate consent — you can accept email without accepting texts. You can withdraw any time: reply STOP, or write to us.
Payments
Stripe (card) and MonCash (gourdes) process payments. We never see or store your card number. Credits you buy are valid for 12 months. They are not refundable once used. The credit cost of a tool can change if our AI providers change their prices — we tell you first, and credits you already hold keep their value for 30 days after any change.
What you generate
Every text, image and video you generate is yours, including for commercial use. You are responsible for checking facts before you publish — AI makes mistakes.
What we don't allow
Do not use Flanbo AI for disinformation, impersonating a real person, harassment, or anything illegal.
