Who we are
"Flanbo AI" is a brand (DBA) of Metravane LLC, a California limited liability company, United States. Metravane LLC is the seller of record and receives your payments. Postal address: 1401 21st St, Ste R, Sacramento, CA 95811. Contact: contact@flanboai.com. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California; any dispute goes to the courts of Sacramento County, California. To the extent the law allows, Metravane LLC's total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim.
What we collect
When you sign up we keep your name, email, phone if you give one, and where you are. When you use the Studio we keep what you wrote and what the AI returned, so we can show it to you again and improve the service.
Consent
We do not email you unless you tick the email box. SMS and WhatsApp are a separate consent — you can accept email without accepting texts. You can withdraw any time: reply STOP, or write to us.
Usage analytics (our own)
To improve the service we measure pages, tools, active time, devices, approximate country, speed and errors. Internal analytics, with no advertising pixels or sale of data. The default is a per-tab session. Turning analytics on in Settings also permits measurement of visible controls, clicks and mouse hover, a persistent visitor identifier and linking activity to your account. These new events exclude typed content, screen recordings, IP addresses and cities. DNT and GPC disable the detailed option. You can turn browser analytics off in Settings. Usage data is kept for up to 13 months. Separately, to monitor the services you request, the server keeps creation and publishing outcome history for 90 days. A share click does not prove publication. Request a copy or deletion of account-linked data in Settings.
Payments
Stripe (card) and MonCash (gourdes) process payments. We never see or store your card number. Each kind of credit has its own expiry: top-up credits (Kredi N, bought once) are valid 12 months from purchase; monthly plan credits cover the current cycle, and any left unused carry into the next cycle only, up to one monthly allocation; annual plan credits are allocated monthly, accumulate through the annual term, and whatever remains expires at the annual renewal; bonus or promotional credits are valid 90 days; credits we grant as compensation are valid 12 months. On your first purchase, unused credits are fully refundable within 14 days; credits already used are not refundable. The credit cost of a tool can change if our AI providers change their prices — we tell you first, and credits you already hold keep their value for 30 days after any change.
What you generate
You may use every text, image and video you generate for your business, including commercially — we claim no rights over your results and assign you all rights we are able to give. One honest note: whether purely AI-made work can be copyrighted varies by country and by how much human creativity goes in — the more of your own words, ideas and edits you add, the stronger your rights. You are responsible for checking facts before you publish — AI makes mistakes.
What we don't allow
Do not use Flanbo AI for disinformation, impersonating a real person, harassment, or anything illegal.
Your media and what the AI creates
Your prompts, uploaded photos, videos and audio, plus the AI results, are stored in our private storage — that is how 'My projects' can show them back to you. Face photos and voices for avatars are used ONLY to create the avatar you asked for; you can delete them any time in the Studio, and we request deletion at the provider too. We do NOT use your content to train AI models.
Which AI services process your content
To create results, your content passes through: OpenAI (text and images), Google (video), HeyGen (avatars and voices), Supabase (storage), Vercel and Railway (servers), Stripe and MonCash (payments), Brevo (email). We use the paid/business tiers of these services — your content is not used to train their models.
Retention and deletion
Your projects (scripts, images, videos, campaigns, publishing receipts, results, your brand identity, what Flanbo learned) stay in your account for as long as the account exists — there is no 90-day cutoff. Source files you upload (videos for Montaj, photos) stay too; 200 MB per file. When you delete your account (Settings → EFASE) we delete the profile, brand, campaigns, presenters, voices and media files immediately and ask providers to delete their copies; payment records stay, anonymised, for accounting as the law requires. Deletion needs you to type « EFASE » — nothing is deleted automatically. You can export everything any time from Settings → Export (one JSON file with media links). Cancelling a subscription keeps your projects; only the plan allowance ends.
